What is Brews & Bites?

In 2021, Brews & Bites became a spinoff event of the loved and longtime running Hattiesburg Craft Beer Festival. Brews & Bites pairs food trucks and beers for a fun, outdoor event for all ages. Each food truck will be paired with a craft beer from a brewery that has a presence in this Hattiesburg market. Brews & Bites promises live music, good beer, great food, and a lot of fun in downtown Hattiesburg.

Can tickets be purchased at the door?

If tickets are available, tickets will be sold at the door starting at 5:30PM. Due to venue capacity and amount of beer and food on hand, only a limited number of tickets will be sold, so advanced purchase is highly recommended.

What do I need to bring to the event?

Bring a valid photo ID and your ticket (as a printout or on your mobile device). You can also bring a lawn chair to have a place to relax while you enjoy samples and music!

Can children attend?

Yes. Those ages 15 - 20 years old must purchase a "Bites Only" ticket to attend the event.

Children 14 and under may attend the event without a ticket. They will still need to come through the security checkpoint. Outside food and beverage is not allowed, with the exception of formula, milk, or breastmilk for infants.

Can we bring our pets?

Pets are not allowed at this event for their safety.

What about parking?

Free parking is available throughout Downtown Hattiesburg. The closest open parking lot will be at Sacred Heart Catholic School and throughout the Hattiesburg Historic Neighborhood.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?

All sales are final, and we cannot provide refunds. This is a rain or shine event.

Can I purchase a Festival t-shirt at the Festival?

A limited number of adult-sized t-shirts will be available for purchase. T-shirts are $15, ($1 extra for 2XL and above). Shirts must be picked up at the Festival; they will not be shipped. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Will there be food and beverage available for purchase at the event?

Yes, some of the food vendors will be selling items in addition to the item that comes with a ticket purchase. Full bottles of all beers sampled will be available for purchase as well.

Can I bring food and drink into the festival?

No outside food or drink will be allowed, with the exception of pretzel necklaces.

Will there be live music?

Yes there will be live music. This year’s band is Hattiesburg favorite - Galen Martin & The Crutches.

Is smoking permitted at the Festival?

Smoking will only be permitted in designated areas of the Festival.
